Detroit, MI (SportsNetwork.com) - Jarome Iginla scored the decisive goal in the ninth round of the shootout as the Colorado Avalanche edged the Detroit Red Wings 2-1 at Joe Louis Arena. Nathan MacKinnon and Matt Duchene scored on Colorados first two chances in the tiebreaker, but the Red Wings stayed alive with goals from Gustav Nyquist and Tomas Tatar in rounds two and three.
